Considered the most important event of specialty coffee in the world, the SCAA Annual Show in 2009 had the participation of Coocafé. This year the event was held between 16 and 19 April in Atlanta, Georgia, USA. The director of the Cooperative president, Fernando de Cerqueira Romeiro, was present at the fair, with the Brazilian delegation, composed of farmers and directors of cooperatives, and consultants of SEBRAE – institution that organized and funded the trip. This is the XXI edition of this event, in which companies expose the main news related to coffee. A few years ago the situation was different.
